New Article! How to bridge the gap between available data and the data requirements in the CODEX guidelines to perform AMR risk assessments? Published in the Journal of Food Protection “The CODEX Guidelines for Risk Analysis of Foodborne Antimicrobial Resistance are Incompatible with Available Surveillance Data“. Our team reviewed some of the best AMR data available and used it to propose a more flexible way forward so that AMR risk assessments are grounded in evidence.
