The USDA’s presidential advisory committee National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (#NACMCF) has published today an influential report on “𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬”.
